What travolia.com, the trip planner and the chat store in your browser, and how to change your choice.

In short: travolia.com and the trip planner store only what they need to work, plus your own choices, unless you agree to analytics. Analytics stays off until you agree. We do not use advertising cookies.
What we mean by storage
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Websites can also save data in your browser's local storage and session storage. This notice covers all of these, and calls them storage.
The law lets a website store what it strictly needs to give you a service you asked for. Anything else needs your consent. In the EU that rule comes from the ePrivacy rules, and in the UK from PECR.
Your choice
When you first visit, a banner asks whether you agree to analytics. Until you agree, analytics stays off. You can change your choice at any time with the "Change cookie settings" button on this page, or by clearing this site's data in your browser.

The cookie banner also lists advertising and personalisation. We have no advertising or personalisation tools on our sites, so saying yes to them turns nothing on.
The trip planner
The planner uses the same cookie choice as the rest of travolia.com. It also stores the following, which it needs to work.

The business app and the chat on business websites
The business app at app.travolia.com and the chat at chat.travolia.com are not open yet. When they open, they will use only storage they strictly need: sign-in cookies in the app, and in the chat a random id that keeps your conversation together. They will set no analytics or advertising cookies.
