• AI-powered travel planning and itinerary generation
• Destination discovery and travel guides
• Trip organization and management tools
• Personalized travel recommendations
• Budget tracking and expense management

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Age Requirement

• AI suggestions are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional travel advice.
• Information may be inaccurate or outdated. AI-generated content may contain errors regarding prices, availability, visa requirements, safety conditions, or other travel information.
• You are responsible for verifying all information before making travel decisions, bookings, or purchases.
• Visa and entry requirements must be verified with official government sources before traveling.
• We are not liable for any decisions you make based on AI-generated content.

Our Content

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Travolia and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create (trips, notes, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely to provide the Service to you.

Free & Paid Plans

Travolia offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans provide additional features and higher usage limits.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your full payment card details.

Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your chosen plan. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We generally do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, but you may contact us for exceptional circumstances.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites, booking platforms, or services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these external services.

Any transactions you conduct with third parties are solely between you and that third party. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from such transactions.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy of AI-generated content
• Warranties regarding third-party services or bookings

Travolia is not a travel agency. We do not book flights, hotels, or activities on your behalf. We provide planning tools and information only.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRAVOLIA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Travel disruptions, cancellations, or changes
• Injuries, accidents, or health issues during travel
• Visa denials or immigration issues
• Reliance on AI-generated recommendations
• Third-party service failures

Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Travolia and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you submit to the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we may also send you an email notification.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

If you are located in the European Union, you may also have rights under EU consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
