When does the free trial start?

Your 14 days start when your agent goes live on your site, not when you sign up. You do not need a card to start.

What happens after the trial?

There is no free plan. Add a card to keep your agent live. If you do not, it pauses. Your setup is kept and the chat is hidden on your site until you decide.

What counts as a conversation?

A chat counts once the visitor sends a second message. Opening the chat and leaving does not use any of your allowance.

What if we reach our limit?

We will email you at 80% and again at 100%. At 100% the chat is hidden until your next month starts or you move to a bigger plan. You will never be charged extra for going over.

Are there any other fees?

No per-chat or per-lead fees. Prices exclude VAT, which is added where it applies.

Can we hide “Powered by Travolia”?

Yes, on Growth and Scale. On Starter, the chat shows a small “Powered by Travolia” line.
